Canmake : Cream Cheek (Blush) Review

Hey guys!

Thank you for stopping by.

I know I haven't updated in 2 months and I'm so sorry! But I do have a reason why. I was in Japan my whole summer holiday, and I did bring my computer but I totally forgot to bring the charger (I know, stupid).

So I wasn't able to post anything for a while but I am finally back!

I sure did buy a lot of makeup in Japan and I'm so excited to show you guys!

I was originally planning to do a haul with mini reviews on everything but then I realized that it wouldn't be helpful to you guys if they didn't sell it in Singapore or any other south east asia countries. So I'm only gonna do reviews on product that you can actually buy outside of Japan.

(If you want me to do a haul, then please comment and I will)

The first product I'm gonna review is from a brand called Canmake. (I will have the website link below)
This is a really famous Japanese drugstore brand and almost all of their products are under a 1000 yen (Around 12 Singapore dollars).

One of their most loved and bought product is called the cream cheek. (In Japan, Blushes are called Cheek)

As the name gives it away, it's a cream blush.
Here's a quick picture of it. (sorry for the bad lighting)

Packaging :
I think the packaging is adorable. It does feel cheap but it's really pretty and girly which I think is nice. You don't get a crap ton of product in here but it's enough for you to last a long time.

The product it self :
The product is very very creamy and a little bit hard. If you want a lot of pigmentation, you do need to dig in a little bit. I did swatch it on my hand just to show you guys but swatching does no justice in my opinion. They have 8 colors which might not seem a lot but there are colors from straight up orange to dark reds so I think you will be able to find your match.

(I blended the product on the top of my hand)

(The color looked really orange in the pictures above but the one I have is actually pink. The color I have is called CL06)

I know a lot of people don't really like using cream blushes because they think it will move the product beneath (like foundation, concealer) but this product does not do that unless you drag it around your cheek area. I recommend applying this with tapping motion so that it doesn't disturb your base makeup. It also blends out really nicely.

In conclusion, I think this product is amazing and it makes me want more colors. This is definitely worth the price (I don't know how much it is in Singapore though). I really do recommend this blush!

(You can get canmake cosmetics ar Tokyu Hands in Singapore. Watson used to carry it like 3 years ago but stopped for some reason.)
